A Pleasure Journal
A while back I suggested you keep a pleasure journal, writing down what brought you pleasure in your day. I find that reading through my entries is a way to relive the pleasure over and over. Pleasure journal, Gratitude journal, lists of positive aspects, whatever you want to call it, just do it!
Write down everything you appreciate each day, not only will you begin to see the positive effects but when you are having a less than perfect day, you can go back over what you have written previously. As you do this, you raise your vibration/energy or flex that appreciation muscle.
