“Your” thoughts

We do not have control over another person’s actions or thoughts but we do have full control over our own thought process.
Once you recognize this, grasp this understanding and begin to practice reaching for better feeling thoughts, you will not need anyone else to change how they are acting or behaving so you can feel better. We have always had this power within us but were never given the tools or understanding of this awareness. It is time to remember and feel ‘your’ power within.
